Applying for Readmission

Did you begin your studies but didn’t complete them? You may be eligible to return and complete your programme.

If less than five years have passed since your initial year of enrollment, you can apply for readmission by following these steps:

1. Complete the Application for ReadmissionThe form is accessible online or at the Administrative Office located at the Main Campus.
2. Submit the Form
   Return the completed application to the Office of the Registrar for processing.

Need to Update your Records?

Keeping your student records current is important for effective communication and accurate documentation.

We’re here to assist you with updates to your biographical information, including name changes, contact details, and addresses.

To request an update, please complete a Change of Name and Address Form.

Registration Support

Each semester, during the designated registration period, students are required to enroll in their courses through the Student Information System (SIS).  While completing this exercise, students may have a:

1. Course Enrollment Request
2. Credit Overload Request
3. Add/Drop

All forms should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, Admissions & Registration section by the stipulated deadline. Watch the video below to learn how to register for your courses.

Enrollment Verification

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining all student records. We provide proof of past and current enrollment. Letters can be issued at a cost of EC $35.00. Complete and submit a Request form to the Office of the Registrar to request either of the following:

1. Letter of Enrollment
2. Visa Letter

Third-party verification requests are processed after student consent is received. Documentation for such requests should be sent to [email protected].

Payments can be made online.

Certificate Collection

We are proud to present certificates of completion to students who have successfully fulfilled the requirements of their academic programme.

Certificates are usually available following the official conferral at commencement.

To collect your certificate, please follow these steps:

1. Complete the Certificate Request Form
   Submit the completed form to the Office of the Registrar.
2. Proceed to the Cashier
   Ensure that all outstanding financial obligations are settled.
3. Return to the Office of the Registrar
   Once your financial clearance is confirmed, you may collect your certificate. However, a 24-hour processing time may apply.

Transcript Processing

One of our top priorities is the issuance of accurate academic records. Past or current students may request an official or unofficial copy of their academic transcript using the Transcript Request form. The current processing fee is ECD $35.00. Official Transcript is stamped, sealed and signed, and the mailing address of an Institution/University must be submitted. A Student Copy is not stamped, sealed nor signed.

It is important to note that past and current students of the UWI Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the Associate Degree in Teacher Education should request their transcripts directly from the university.

UWI Bachelor of Science in Nursing current/ past students can visit https://www.mona.uwi.edu/exams/transcript-request for more information on how to request their transcript from The UWI, Mona Campus.

Current and past UWI Associate Degree in Education students can visit  for more information on how to request their transcript from The UWI, Cave Hill Campus. UWI ID numbers may be provided via the CFBC Office of the Registrar by sending an email to [email protected].

How to request a transcript

Step 1:               Complete the transcript request form and return it to the Office of the

Registrar. If you are submitting your form online, please send to [email protected].

Step 2:               Pay the processing fee.

A fee of EC$35.00 is required. Each additional copy requested within the same order costs EC$20.00.

Payment or proof of payment (receipt) must be submitted along with the Transcript Request Form for processing to begin. The minimum processing time is 10 business days.

Please note that requests will not be processed if there is a hold on your account.

The option for online payment is available.

Exam Administration

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the coordination and administration of all official examinations at CFBC. Students are encouraged to review all exam guidelines in advance and to regularly check the academic calendar for important exam dates.

Policy Guidance

The Office of the Registrar supports the College’s mission by providing stakeholders with reliable information regarding CFBC policies and procedures. We are also committed to enforcing and upholding the institution’s standards.

Room Bookings/ Rental

If you are interested in using one of our available classrooms, the Office of the Registrar is here to assist.

Faculty and staff may reserve classrooms outside of scheduled teaching hours by submitting a request via email to [email protected]. Non-faculty and external parties may request the use of a classroom by completing the CFBC Room Rental Request Form.

To ensure availability and proper coordination, we kindly ask that all requests be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled event or class.
