The physical plant of the college occupies four sites. The main campus at Burdon Street accommodates the central administration offices and the Divisions of Arts, Sciences & General Studies, Health Sciences, Teacher Education, Adult and Continuing Education, Hospitality Studies and Culinary Arts.
The Health Sciences Clinical Skills Lab is located on Lockhart Street directly facing the McKnight Preschool Facility.
The Division of Technical, Vocational, Educational and Management Studies is situated on two locations – Horsford Road and the Annex- Infirmary Road.
The Language Lab is located at the Burdon Street campus and is equipped with audio-visual materials tailored to meet the needs of modern languages students.
Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Integrated Science laboratories are located at the Burdon Street campus.
There are three (3) computer labs: CS1, the main Computer Lab and the Hospitality Lab are located on the main campus and TVEMS computer lab is located on the Horsfords Road campus. Computer and Internet access are available in all computer labs as well as the library.
Workshops catering for the needs of the construction and engineering students are located at the Horsfords Road campus and the Annex.
The Art Studio
The Art Studio located at the Eid Building on the Infirmary Rd, facilitates the CAPE Art and Design and Performing Arts programmes.
The Nathaniel John Hospitality Centre
The Hospitality Studies Centre caters to the needs of students training for a future in the hotel/tourism industry.
Business and Secretarial Training Studies Centre
Business and Secretarial Studies students benefit from their access to a simulation of a modern office, located at the Horsford Road campus.
The Video Conference Room (VCR)
The Video Conference Room on the main campus facilitates meetings, workshops, and conferences.
The College Library is located at the Burdon Street campus. It caters to all faculties and is open to all members of the academic, administrative staff and all registered students. The library offers home lending, reference and research services. Internet access, printing and photocopying services are also available to students in the library.

Students’ Common Room
The Students’ Common Room is located at the Burdon Street campus of the College. It is adequately equipped for the playing of quiet board games. Based on the close proximity to classroom, students are to refrain from engaging in playing and loud entertainment.
Study Areas/Quiet Zones
These areas are designated as Quiet Study Areas. They are meant to give students a place to concentrate without noisy distractions. Loud talking is prohibited in these areas. Anyone making noise may be asked to leave.
The college cafeteria is equipped to cater for the needs of all students. It is located next to the Students’ Common Room.
