The Division of Adult and Continuing Education (ACE) provides learning opportunities for adult learners, including those who do not meet the minimum qualification for entry into CFBC. It offers a range of programmes designed to meet the needs of individuals who wish to improve their qualifications, update their skills, improve themselves, or retrain for a new line of work. With regard to older students/retirees, the Division offers programmes that cross traditional academic boundaries to include recreational activities.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are no entry requirements for ACE. However, CAPE applicants are advised to sit the CSEC Principles of Accounts and Mathematics examinations before taking the related CAPE courses.
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
ACE students who complete the CAPE programme qualify for graduation. Students are required to pass all internal coursework as well as the CAPE examinations in order to qualify for graduation.
