What is the difference between applying to CFBC versus registering for a programme?

Applying to the CFBC means that you are seeking to be admitted to the College as a student to pursue a programme of study.  Registering for a programme or course means that you have been offered a place as student to pursue a programme of study and you are now selecting your courses on our student management system (cfbcsonis).
