The Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) Board of Governors invites applications from
suitably qualified persons to fill the following position at the CFBC:
CHEMISTRY LECTURER
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Teach Chemistry, Biochemistry, and related courses
• Produce course outlines and review syllabi
• Set, mark and invigilate coursework and exams
• Maintain attendance records
• Enter attendance and grades in Student Information System
Qualifications and Experience
• Applicants must possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or
an equivalent professional qualification in a related area, from a recognized tertiary
institution.
• Successful experience in tertiary education, preferably in a two or four-year college, or
equivalent record of success in industry and some knowledge of effective teaching and
learning processes at the tertiary level will be considered an asset.
• She/he is expected to practice, advocate and promote the highest standards for scholarship,
academic achievement, honesty and professional integrity.

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the current
